What's The Process?

You Call	We Pick Up	We Deliver & Complete

Call 0131 466 for an explanation of our services and arrange a time convenient for you to do the removal/delivery. If you require to rent our re-usable crates to use instead of cardboard boxes we will have them dropped to you and you can pack up all your stuff. We also supply useful moving kit to make your life easier. On the day the Bluestone Removals Manager will give you a call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival to let you know that they are on their way.	Before the team start the Manager will give you the estimate (if no prior on site estimate provided). Only when you are happy with the cost will we proceed with the job. We then take all your kit and load it into our van so you can just sit back and relax! If you want the job to be cheaper you can help us out!	Your kit will then be delivered to its destination. To ensure that you are completely happy with all the work we require you to check the work, sign the job off and pay on the day. If you have hired some Bluestone crates we will arrange to have them picked up once you have unpacked. It is very important for us at Bluestone to get feedback and to make sure that you are happy with the work carried out. We will call you back after all the work has been done.
